Contact and scoping information: When you submit our contact or scoping form, we collect your name, work email address, company or organisation name, and information about your training data requirements.

Collector registration: When you register for the collector waitlist, we collect your name, email address, and optionally your city and country.

Usage information: We may collect anonymised analytics about how pages on our site are accessed, such as page views and referral sources, without collecting personally identifiable information.

2. How we use your information

To respond to your enquiry or scoping request and to provide the services you have requested.

To manage and communicate with you about the collector waitlist, including notifying you when collection opportunities open in your area.

To improve our services and website based on aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

We will not use your information for direct marketing without your consent.

3. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g. email delivery, analytics) under appropriate data processing agreements.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data retention

Enquiry and scoping data: retained for 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.

Collector waitlist data: retained until you withdraw from the waitlist or request deletion.

Anonymised analytics data: retained for up to 24 months.

Under the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; and receive your data in a portable format.
